Review: I Put on 30lbs. of Muscle!

There’s a lot to begin with when it comes to coach Eddie Ramirez. He knows it all weather it would be helping with speed or strength. He has helped me a lot this year when I was entering college to play at the next level for football. Within 5-6 months, his workouts had drastically improved not only my strength but speed as well. My Prs jumped from 135-235 (bench), 225-325(squat), and 245-335(deadlift). He knows different lifts that can help someone who is struggling on a certain one and knows the perfect form for each lift. For example, I was struggling when it came to power cleaning, but coach Eddie showed me the correct form and movements on how it should be done which helped me for that specific lift. For my speed, I saw an instant change as when I got stronger, I got quicker. As well, he knows about calorie intake a person should be consuming, he helped me track my calories on a app called Loose It. He helped me jump from 150 pounds coming out of high school to 181 pounds entering my freshman year of college.
